Guess what? It’s April 1st, and you know what that means – time for my spirit to take flight as we bid adieu to the winter blues and welcome the sweet promise of abundance! Winter’s been dragging with its vitamin D shortage and a monotonous diet, but fear not! Nature’s grand show is about to unfold.

Flashback to one of the earliest TV programs on our very first television set. For a good ten years, I genuinely believed that while we were busy making pasta from flour and eggs, the Swiss were out there harvesting vegetable spaghetti from trees.
